With ArcGIS Desktop I: Getting Started with GIS, on this course you learn the basic functions of a GIS, why a GIS database is powerful, and what coordinate systems and map projections are and why they are important.

ArcGIS Desktop II: Tools and Functionality, this course teaches the range of functionality available in the software and the essential tools for visualizing, creating, managing, and analyzing geographic data. The hands-on course exercises emphasize practice with ArcMap and ArcCatalog (the primary applications included with ArcGIS Desktop software) to perform common GIS tasks and workflows.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel one of my staff off a course?
- If you are unable to attend a course, a substitute participant may attend in your place at no extra charge. Please provide written notification.
- If you cancel your training course (in writing) at least six or more working days prior to the start of the course, no penalties will apply.
- If you cancel your training course (in writing) less than five working days prior to the start of the course full payment will be charged.
Can I get the Training materials early?
All training materials will be provided at the start of the course.
